The Conservative advance on community ‘grot spots’ in Harington Ward, Formby continued apace, with work clearing land outside Freshfield Station.
With rakes at the ready and hoes in hand, the team tackled unsightly tree roots and undergrowth in Victoria Road, immediately adjacent to the station entrance.
And what a difference a day made. Within a couple of hours, all weeds and litter had disappeared.
Something to put a smile on the faces of commuters who are now part of the return to work.
